Portside Living and its interior design services operate as part of the same company, Hyperborea Properties, S.A. de C.V.
While furniture and interior design services are priced and itemized separately, they are part of one integrated business. Portside Living serves as the supplier of furniture, furnishings and curated pieces, while interior design services are provided by Tiffany Hu, Interior Designer, or other qualified designers engaged by Hyperborea Properties for a specific project.
Where interior design services are included, the applicable Design & Service Fee is identified as a separate line item in the project quotation or invoice, in addition to the cost of furniture, furnishings and other products.
Whether you are purchasing individual furniture pieces, furnishing an entire property, or engaging our team for full interior design services, you are working with one coordinated team under the same company.
